CYBERGUN and counterfeiting.

Customs in Kotka, Finland, where CYBERGUN deployed a network of customs active surveillance,
have seized a container of counterfeited pistols that were transiting from China to Russia.
These 9,800 copies of COLT® and SMITH & WESSON® were destroyed today by the Russian
counterfeiter at its own cost.
The Russian company also agreed to compensate CYBERGUN for its legal and other costs and
committed by contract to abide by and enforce all of CYBERGUN's intellectual property rights in the
future.
At the close of fiscal year ended March 31. 2006, consolidated sales were at Euro 30M. Over the past
9 years, sales have grown by a factor of 16.7. With 21 licenses in its portfolio, the group supplies today
5,500 chain stores in North America, thus confirming its world leading position in the AIR SOFT GUN
market. In fiscal year 2006 the first semester ended Sept 30th showed a growth in sales of 22%.
Cybergun expects a higher growth rate throughout the fiscal second semester and anticipates a
sustained growth over the course of fiscal year 2007.
